Hourglass Cosmetics – Brand Elevation
Brief: Discover opportunities found during research and insights to make smarter consumer connections through elevation and development.
This brand elevation initiative for Hourglass Cosmetics focused on enhancing product offerings and customer experience. I conducted primary, secondary and industry research, to develop a cruelty-free unisex fragrance line for hourglass, expanding its offerings and broadening market appeal to new demographics.
For my brand elevation strategy I enhanced the unboxing experience by developing a social media call-to-action encouraging consumers to share on socials, which aims to increase engagement, user generated content and brand loyalty. I also included informative notes, to educate consumers on the fragrance's cruelty free composition as well as better showcasing the brand's commitment to luxury cruelty free products.
This comprehensive strategy aimed to strengthen Hourglass's market position, increase brand visibility, and deepen customer connections while reinforcing the brand's commitment to ethical luxury.
