Gisou - Integrated Marketing Strategy Campaign and Appendix

Brief: Create an integrated marketing plan and consumer journey map for a beauty brand and product.

For this integrated marketing plan project, I developed a comprehensive campaign centered around the luxury haircare brand Gisou and their signature Honey Infused Hair Perfume. The core of my strategy was the creation of the Gisou Fragrance Lab - an exclusive, in-store experiential activation hosted at premier department stores including Harrods, Nordstrom, Macy's, and Galeries Lafayette. This innovative concept allows customers to create their own customized hair fragrance guided by Gisou experts while learning about the brand's six-generation beekeeping heritage and the benefits of their key ingredients like Mirsalehi Honey and argan oil. While Gisou has established a strong following among millennials aged 25-34 who embrace their premium haircare offerings and natural formulations, this campaign seeks to expand into the Generation X market through an elevated retail experience.
